Installation Schematic

Installation Guideline

Step 1: Install the equippments on the top of mast
Step 2: Fix the bottom base and tripod to the flat ground with steel stakes
Step 3: If wind speed is more than 50 km/h, guy wires to be fixed from the mast to the ground
Step 4: Operate handle bar to raise or lower manual mast

Installation Ground Nails

Six ground nails are installed on the three holes of the bottom flange and the three feet of the tripod.

Installation Guy Wires

Take a mast with a height of 12 m as an example
(1)From the top of the first section, the third section and the fifth section, there are three rings on the tube, and the positions among the three rings are separated by 120 degrees.
(2)The length of the guy wires is 8-15 m, the longest guy wires is hung on the top rings, and the guy wires is hung from long to short in turn on the rings from high to low.Three guy wires are installed for each section tube. A total of nine guy wires are installed for three section tubes.
(3)Fix the guy wires to the ground with ground anchor, the degree among three ground anchors is around 120 degree,The distance from the ground anchor to the center point of mast can be from about 7 m.

As listed in the table,the distance from the anchor to the center point of the mast varies according to the total height of the mast extension.
