Characteristic
1) High rigidity and stability bed
The whole granite structure is used in the bed. Because of the high damping, small vibration and good thermal stability, the granite can ensure the high rigidity and high stability of the grinder.
2) Worktable
Based on the traditional closed hydrostatic guide, a large plane closed hydrostatic guide with high rigidity and high precision is developed to realize the large stroke, stable and reliable reciprocating motion of the worktable. The worktable is driven by Siemens linear motor. At the same time, in order to prevent the movement of linear motor from affecting the worktable, an independent hydrostatic guide rail is specially designed for linear motor. The motion state of the worktable is controlled by Heidenhain grating system, which ensures the motion characteristics of the worktable with high precision and fast response.
