Product Description:
Hammer crusher used to broke all kinds of medium hard and weak abrasive materials . Material compressive strength within 150MPa ,water content lower than 15%. the broken material is coal,salt,gypsum,brick,limestone et. Also can be used to break strong fiber structure,high elestic ,and strong toughness wood pieces or can break waste of asbestos cement for asbestos cement recycling and so on .
Working principal:
The main working parts of hammer crusher is rotor with a hammer head. The rotor consists of main axle ,disc,pivort,and hammer .The motor drive the rotor do high speed rotation in the crushing cavity.The material was feed from upper material inlet , crushed on the basis of high speed hammer 's hit ,impact ,cut and grind operation.Down the rotor there has sieve plate , the broken material size lower than the sieve size will be discharged through the sieve plate , the size larger than the sieve size will be intercept and remains in the sieve plate to be hit and grind by the hammer , and finally discharge through the sieve plate.

Detail description of Hammer Crusher :

Packaging:
Generally,we adopt standard containers, bare main machine, motors and small parts are packed in wooden cases.Or depend on your demands.
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings,
Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed
by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The
motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping
department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.

2. What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two year. The warranty period for all electric motors is 12 months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
