1. Are you a factory or a trading company? What’s your main products and market?
We are a factory, located in Anhui province. Our main products are kitchen products and house products. Our products are popular in America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
2. What's your MOQ? Do you accept small trial order?
Normal MOQ is 1000 pcs for common products. Sample order, trial order, testing order are accepted.
3. Can we get samples?Any sample fee? How long will the samples take?
Sure, samples are accept. Normal stock sample is free of charge. Customized samples will be charge a certain cost, and sample fee will be refunded after confirm bulk order. Normal samples can send out at once, and customized Samples will take 3-5 days.
4. What kind of format do you need if i want my own design?
Software Formats Accepted AI CS6, PSD, PDF, to ensure printing quality, please provide hi-res files, CMYK files is possible.
Prefer vector files properly colorized. The Pantone solid coated( PMS) formula guide is used to match tonal values of colors as close as possible at no charge.
