Q:What's your sales methods?

A:We have 2 sales methods: stock, OEM&ODM.

Stock: There are 40~60 brands’and 15000 pet accessories design in stock that can mix order. HELLOMOON have cooperated with them for 5~8 years.

OEM/ODM: We OEM for 280 pet product companies who come from North America, South America, Europe, Oceania
and Southeast Asia. Our Designers work with more than 50 new pet product companies for building up their brands.

Q:How long will we receive the goods?

A: Stock: Typically, we can get goods ready within 3~5 working days,
Oct.-Dec. is our busy season, may be need more time, we will check
exact time again before you place an order with us.

OEM/ODM: The usual time is 15~28 working days to arrange production. The exact dated should depend on different items, quantity, production schedule etc.

Q:Can you supply samples?

A: We think sample is necessary before order, it's better for customers to check quality, color, fabric and every details before cooperation. So we would love to supply samples.
