l. What kind of production service do you provide?
Design and manufacture of plastic precision molds, Plastic injection moldingand mass production for plastic parts.
2.What do I need to provide?
We need 2D product drawings &3D files or specific samples, detailed productrequirements, test requirements, etc.
3.I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
You can send us some samples if you have or tell me your idea about thisproduct or similar design, we will help you to finish the 3D drawing design.
4. Do you offer OEM service, and can you produce as our drawings?
Yes. We offer OEM service. We accept custom design, and we have a profes-sional design team who can design products based on your requirements. Andwe can develop new products according to your samples or drawing.
5. How do you control quality?
(1) Material inspection - check the surface and approximate size of the material
(2) Firstarticle inspection - to ensure the key dimensions of mass production.
(3) Sampling inspection - check the quality before shipment.
(4)Pre-shipment inspection - 100% inspection by C assistant before ship-ment.
6. What is your delivery time?
Mold: 3-5 weeks.
Mass production:1-2 weeks
7.What payment methods do you accept?
Mold: 60% prepaid,balance after sample approval
Goods: 70% prepaid, balance T/T before shipment.
