Gas piping system
A manual main valve, quick shut-off valve, pressure reducing valve, filter, pressure gauge, and pressure transmitter are installed at the inlet of the natural gas main pipe in front of the furnace.
When the natural gas pressure is too low or too high, alarm and cut off the main gas valve. Four gas leakage alarm points are set between the natural gas pipeline entering the workshop and the furnace body to generate an audible
and visual alarm when there is a gas leakage.
Burner
One SIC-125 gas burner is installed in a staggered manner on both sides of the lower part of the furnace body, and the high-speed hot gas jet is sprayed between the workpiece pad iron.
The burner has a large spray angle, a long flame, complete combustion, and a large adjustment ratio, making it easy to adjust and control.
Push Rod Sealing Mechanism
The sealing on both sides of the trolley adopts an electric push rod lifting mechanical sealing
device. There is a sealing groove at the bottom of each side wall, which is embedded with compressed fibers.

Main Features
1)
The furnace shell is made of 8# channel steel and 3mm Q235 steel plate. The side columns and rear columns are made of section steel, and the sections between the columns and the top of the columns are pulled together to form a complete grid structure. The appearance of the furnace body is straight, beautiful, and free from wrinkles or unevenness. Brush two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat on the exterior of the furnace according to relevant standards. The color code selection shall be in accordance with industry general standards, and high-temperature resistant paint shall be used for key parts.
