4. Screen aging test in factory
1.Led board test-
After the modules are produced, it needs to be powered and tested for 48hours. During this period, if the board has quality problems, it will be detected.
2.Sign test-
After there are no problem with the modules, install them on the cabinet and connect the power supplies and control cards,
it needs to be powered and tested for 48-72 Hours.
During this period, if some part has quality problems, it will be detected.
3.Package-
After the whole process, confirm that there is no quality problem, we will pack it and arrange transportation.
