Product Description
Automatic hydraulic tire changer machine for trucks and buses
Tyre changer has been specifically designed to demount high-speed bus and truck tyres with rims from 16"to 24". The system is driven by hydraulic station and cylinder, providing stable and reliable performance. Considering speed and protecting the tires, this tire changer includes a whole package of assisting parts to save energy. It's automatic type and working parts can change directions easily.
HOW TO CHANGE A COMMERCIAL OR SEMI TRUCK TIRE
RAISE THE TRUCK UP BY FITTING A JACK UNDER IT.
You’re going to want a strong enough jack. A hydraulic bottle jack should work well. Look for some notches near the wheel wells that indicate a safe spot for the jack.
TURN THE LUG NUTS COUNTERCLOCKWISE WITH A LUG WRENCH TO LOOSEN THEM.
This might require a bit of elbow grease, as lug nuts can easily rust. If they’re fastened tightly, you might need to put your entire weight into it. Or, if you’re noticing a bit of rust making it harder to remove the lug nut, spray some WD-40 or similar lubricant to help.
REMOVE THE TIRE
You can choose the automatic or manual tire changer according to the tires you mainly change, such as 16/ 17.5/19.5/22.5/24.5/26.5 inches, either tube or tubeless tires.
MOUNT THE TIRE CAREFULLY AND SECURELY.
You want to line up the wheel’s holes with the lug bolts, then slide the wheel back onto them. Double wheels should both be fitted onto the log bolts.
Then, after correctly mounting the tire, reinsert the lug nuts and tighten by hand.
