Brief Introduction:

This small type flour mill is widely used in small and medium size flour factory. As a standalone milling machine, it is composed by a feeding hopper, double roll grinding mill, grading sieve, motor, V-belt and steel frame.

Processing Objectives: All oil-free seeds like corn/maize, wheat, rice, sorghum, etc

The mini flour mill is the upgrade of traditional small roller mill, instead of manual feeding during each cycle of milling; this machine is pneumatic lifting for the reason of high pressure air blower application and small tank with two bins as a shift surge one. It can save a lot of labor force which can increase the milling capacity at some degree.

This self-feeding flour mill is designed to make flour from oil-free grain seeds at very high efficiency. With two hoopers at the left side and one set of manual couple roller mill with a couple of sifters, whet can be grinded circularly and naturally and get the very fine flour at very low power consumption. It is suitable for private business to process supplied material of GRAIN. This machine uses wind to elevate and combines grinding and screening together. With high productivity and low power consumption, it functions well and has no dust releasing and is easy to maintain.

1.    Grain goes through our versatile cleaner which emerges separating, destoning, scouring and wetting into a single whole.

2.    The clean grain will go through the pipe transferred by air blower and be feeded to the roller mill

3.    Be elevated to the rollers by air blower

4.    be grinded by couple rolls

5.    Beside the rolls there are two unit of testing sifter, only the flour with certain size can pass the sieve, those bigger one will be transferred to the rolls and be grinded again and again till pass the sieve.
