LK200 electric cargo pedicab customized, mining tricycle pedicab prices
Product Application
Electric mining tricycle pedicab is one of our main products, using electric as power source in mining, sanitation and cleaning. It is also widely used in mine, concentrator, quarries, refractory factory, flour mill, brick factory, furnace charge factory, forest, farm and so on.
We recently upgraded the LK200 mining tricycle pedicab which loads 1500kg previous but now it can load 2000kg. but its price is about 30% cheaper than the price of previous mining tricycle pedicab load 2-ton.
Please note: the double shock absorption and luxury seat in the photo below are paid customized terms, not standard configuration.

Advantage & Details
1. Vehicle frame.
2. Spring steel plates.
It is upgraded with very 21kg weighty strong spring steel plates group which used on 2 ton electric dumpers.
3. Cargo box thickness.
Cargo box bottom plate upgrades from 3mm thick to 5mm thick. The side plates remain 3mm thickness. When loading heavy goods or catching large stones with sharp corners falling from high places, the 5mm thick steel plate is more solid.
8. The maximum height of the cargo box is adjustable.
There are 3 holes reserved at the beam of the bottom of hopper which is used for fix the pin axle of on the top of oil cylinder. In this way, the lifting self-unloading height can be adjusted according to the working site situation.

1. Front shock absorption type
The standard configuration of front shock absorption is LK200 is single-row big
shock absorption(in picture 2).
It can be replacement into double-row large shock absorption(in picture 3), but need extra fee.

Hopper shape
*
The standard hopper two sides plates are made of two 3mm thick steel plates after bending. No welding and hinges.
* The hopper with hinges can be customized for manual loading in small mines. After the hinge is opened, the door panels on both sides become lower, which makes it more convenient and labor saving for workers to load materials manually. Not free.
* The hopper can also be made into straight with 3-door open. It is suitable for regular-shaped goods, such as foods, cements, or feed which packed in bags.
4. Batteries and charger
The standard configuration is 5pcs of 12V water batteries, so it is 60V in total. Each battery weighs 30kg/pc.
The matching charger is also 60V.
*A 12V water battery can be added, 72V in total. But need extra charge.
* 5pcs of 52ah dry batteries are available for free replacement.
5pcs of 60ah/70ah/80ah dry batteries are also can be used, but need make-up price difference.
5. Driving motor power+ Driving motor type
* The standard configuration is 3kw brush motor.
* Brushless motor with other power is available, such as 3000W60V brushless motor etc.
6. Rear axle type:
* The standard configuration is double chains/sprockets rear axle with high and low speed gears. * It can be replacement into double-row large shock absorption(in picture 3), but need extra fee.
7. Rear tires.
*The standard configuration is 6.00-16 Huanyan tires. * It can be exchanged for 6.50-16 deep pattern tire. Free of charge.
