Q: What is your MOQ?
A: The order quantity for whole scooters is negotiable, though we do require an MOQ of two (2) scooters per order.

Q: What warranty do I get?
A: We provide a standard one (1)-year warranty for parts such as motor, battery, controller and LCD display. The warranty does not cover damages from improper use or repair.

Q: What's your lead time?
A-1: Under 7 days for samples; Under 60 days for for quantity < 200 scooters; Under 45 days for quantity < 1,000 scooters.
A-2: Under 7 days for samples; Under 20 days for for quantity < 200 scooters; Under 45 days for quantity < 1,000 scooters.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A:
For order quantity under 10 scooters, we require 100% advanced payment by T/T. For other quantities, w e accept a 50% deposit and a 50% balance paid before shipment by T/T; For orders of parts and accessories, we require 100% advanced payment by T/T.


Q: From where do you send shipment?
A: Guangzhou, P.R.C. for sea shipment. Shanghai, P.R.C. for air shipment.

Q: What incoterms do you offer?

We offer FOB, CIF and DDP.

Q: How do I become an agent/distributor?
A:
There are a few simple requirements, including annual sales target, the size of your customer base, payment, marketing capabilities, etc. To begin with, we can schedule a quick chat online.
Once approved, we will enter into a formal contract and you should place your first official order with a stipulated MOQ and mutually-agreed payment terms.
During the effective contract period, both parties should fulfil the duties as agreed upon in the contract.
