Features

Working Principle
Synchronous chip sealer is kind of special equipment used for chip sealing of road surface, bridge waterproof and lower seal coat. It realizes that asphalt binders spray and aggregates spreading perform synchronously, which makes full touch of asphalt binders and aggregates to realize their maximum cohesive performance.
Spraying the fluid asphalt with clean dry aggregates on the road, outside loads formed strength unceasingly. At the same time, because of the surface tension of the liquid asphalt, asphalt climb upward along the stone surface, altitude of about two-thirds of aggregates height, and over the surface of the stone form half moon shape , make stone wrapped by asphalt covering area of about 70%, have sufficient bonding strength.
