What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally,we pack our goods in wooden case with squeezed foam board.If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2 Are you manufacturer?

Q3 Do you have English Manual for each machinery?
A: Yes. The instruction manual, the test report and other Data Sheets related shall be provided by us.
Q4 Can I print my Logo on the machine?
A: Yes, sure. We can provide professional customized logo services for customers
Q5 What is your after-sales service?
A: Answer: We will guide the online installation, provide video and graphic information. If necessary, we will arrange technicians to install the machine on site. The after-sales service of the motors configured for our products is one year.
1. Firstly, coat the machine surface with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel);
2. Secondly, map onto pudding fender (to prevent bump);
3. Thirdly, wrap the machine in plastic film (to prevent ventilation);
4. Fourthly, put the machine in wooden case/wooden frame (transport easily);
5. At last, tie bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
