Q2: What is your lead time for a prototype and mass production?
A: Usually a prototype will take around 7 days, and about 25-40 days for mass production. It depends on the quantity and the
project.
Q3: What’s your capability for customizing a display?
A: We engineer and produce all types of point of sales displays, using many different materials: wood, metal, acrylic, and PVC.
Q4: Is the charge for the prototype refundable?
A: Yes, the cost will be refunded with a production run when the quantity reaches 100 units.
Q5: How does your factory control the quality?
A:Quality is always our priority. Our QC team highly values quality control, from the raw material to final production, to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with all the products they receive.
Q6: What about your warranty for the custom displays?
A: We provide a 36-month warranty. If there are any quality problems, we will offer to replace the displays for you.
