Panels are generally used as thermal insulations and sound absorbent lining in plant rooms and machinery enclosures. They are built in the form of double skinned panels with smooth surfaces and they can be coloured (as requested). Filler insulation options include polyurethane foaming (PU), rockwool or fiberglass.
1. PU Panel (Polyurethane Foaming)
- Sandwich PU Panel thickness up to 88mm.
- Thermal Conductivity: 0.02 W/m•K.
2. Rockwool Panels
- Thermal Conductivity: 0.034 - 0.036 W/m•K at 20oC
- Sound Absorption: 0.93 NRC for 50mm x 60kg/m3
3. Fibreglass Panel
- Thermal Conductivity: 0.0332 W/m•K at 24oC
- Sound Absorption: 1.00 NRC for 50mm x 32kg/m3
4. Bended PU Panel
- Thermal Conductivity: 0.0332 W/m•K at 24oC
- Sound Absorption: 1.00 NRC for 50mm x 32kg/m3
