A:Samples need 3-5 days, mass production time needs 30 days for order quantity more than ;

A:Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available, MOQ for bulk order is 3,000PCS;
Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample;
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products;
Q6. Is it OK for us to visit your factory?
A: You are always warm welcome to visit both our factories. We are located in Yangtze River Delta, which is close to Hangzhou, Shanghai and Ningbo. If you really want to come to our company, we can also arrange drivers to pick you up;
Q7. If I have some failed product, how to deal with it ?
A: You can totally trust our products quality and this situation happens rarely, because during producing, we have a strict testing system to guarantee the quality, making sure our customers just get the right products. But, if it does happen, you may need to send us some details of the failed T8 LED Tube Light such as the operating condition and the surroundings, better with picture. Once we confirmed it is kind of Quality Issue from our side, we will send you replacement within your next shipment.
