| 1.Can I get free samples? |
| YES. We would like to send several samples for your reference if you could afford freight. |
| 2.What surface handing could you support ? |

We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frost, label printing etc. As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number. |
| 3.Do you accept customized order ? |
| YES. We can arrange opening the mould according to customers’ requirement. |
| 4. What is the normal lead time ? |

(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment.
(2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment.
