1. How long does it take for the shipment to be loaded?
Depending on your order quantity, it may take around 5 days to 15 days maximum for the shipment to be loaded in loading port (Cat Lai port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).
2. Can you accept small quantity order?
Yes, we can accept as small as 1 pallet for our shipment. We can do LCL or FCL shipment according to buyer’s request.
3. Is it possible that we can mix many items into 1 container?
Yes, we offer consolidating services up to 50-100 items per shipment. We can source a lot of items from different factories and mix them into 1 FCL to ship to the buyer.
4. Do you provide free sample for testing?
Yes and no, we provide free sample but buyers should pay the courier charges (if any).
5. What is your payment terms?
We can accept TTR or Irrevocable LC at sight.
6. Can we come and check the products before shipment?
Yes, you are welcomed to my office and warehouse to check the quality of the products before shipment and are invited to monitor the process of loading if you like.
7. How can we know the goods shipped to us are genuine products?
All of our products are buying from genuine source. If you can prove they are fake, we can take it back with our own cost and compensate for 110% of products value.
