The Synthetic ice is produced using superior UHMWPE raw materials through an molding process, and then cooled and shaped for 48 hours to reduce the amount of deformation, the surface of the board will be polished, and then processed into a puzzle connection system or tongue and groove connection system，and then subjected to CNC custom processing and angular smoothing. The Synthetic ice will then be tested by FQC and then packaged and shipped according to customer requirements.
