2.What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ for stand items. OEM order MOQ is 100pcs.
3.What is your delivery date?
A: The delivery date is about 5-45 days after receipt of payment.
4.What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
5.Can you send free samples?
A: We send out hundreds of samples out every month. I am afraid we cannot provide them free of charge. But after mass production
order is placed, we can deduct the sample charge from total amount.
6.How long has your company been established?
A: Since 2000,YGS has towards providing an industry-leading solution to smart lock industry. We have our own design and R&D team,
and built a new modern smart lock factory in 2018.
