How do I know what size of clips I need?
Step 1.
What is the gap of clips do you want? 2mm? 3mm?5mm?6mm?
Determine the clip you want according to the clip gap in the following picture.
Note:
We haven't shown all of our stainless steel clips. If there is no clips you like here,
please contact Winnie for more types.
We also accept customization.
The gap of the clip determines the gap after the wpc decking is installed, as shown below.
Step 2.
Determine the height of the stainless steel clips.
How to determine the height of the clips? See the following figure.
Please measure your decking size A1, A2, B and C,
send the sizes to Winnie to make sure the height of clips you need.

1. How long will it take to produce a 20GP container?
It takes about 10days for one 20GP container .
2. what quantity can be loaded on one 20GP container ?
One 20GP container can load about 900m2 wpc decking board .
If you need accessories ,One 20GP container load about 800m2 with all accessoies (Joint,end cover, clip )
3. Accessory match for one square meter wpc decking as below .
(1) 1m2 of decking with 3.3m keel
(2) 1m2 of decking with 24 pcs of clips + screws
(3) Quality of edge covering will depend on the request of customer ,Usually 1m2 of decking with 2meter End cover .
4. Can i get the free sample ?
Yes,We welcome sample order to test and check quality . Mix sample are acceptable .
5. How do you ship the sample and how long does it take arrive ?
We usually ship by DHL ,EMS or TNT .It usually takes 3-5days work days from door to door .
