You can begin by sending us your current project by clicking “ inquiry ”, it will take you straight to contact supplier page.
Please provide your product requirement as much as possible, we will come back to your an offer and a proposal if need.
2. When I have the price?
Usually we give quotation within 12 hours after we have your inquiry.
3. How can I have a sample to check your quality?
After our price confirmation, you can request for samples to check quality.
No printing samples is free of charge to check the material quality as long as you afford the freight cost.
Printing samples will require $30-$200 to cover the printing & mould making cost. This cost will be refund when order placed.
4. What kind of artwork format you need for printing?
AI, PDF, PS, CDR files or photo designs at least 300dpi resolution.
5. How long can we have the samples?
After layout confirmed, the samples will be ready in 3-7 days. Sending by express 3-10 days depends.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the complexity of your project. Generally 10-30 days.
7. What is the payment term of the order?
It can be by Paypal, T/T, L/C or alibaba trade assurance.
8. What is your terms of delivery?
We can do EXW, FOB, CNF, DDU, DDP.
9. Can we put our own logo in the products?
Of course yes, we do custom printing and packaging products with your own brand.
10. Can we do products by our sizes?
