HOOK OPTIONS
We have many styles of hook in chromeplating,gun color,matt nickel,also some of them are red.
Normally, we use pearl cotton to wrap each wholesale suit hanger wood, then use 5 layer thickness of corrugated cardboard boxes to pack hangers,which can compelety protect the hangers from scratching, fading and damaning in the transportation.
If our products are damaged on the trip due to our package, we will resend same quantity goods to customers without payment .
Q1.Do you offer free samples?
Yes,of course,We are appreciated that new clients pay for the courier cost for free samples and this charge will be deducted once orders are released.
Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in LIPU Guilin City where is the hanger base. About1.5 hours by car to the airport .you are warmly welcome to visit us!
Q3. What's your payment terms if i want to buy WIN WIN wooden hanger?

Q4:Do you participate in exhibitions?
A:Yes ,we do.Every year we atttend demestic exhibition in Guangzhou .Shanghai.overseas include Dubai,Paris,NewYork, Singapore and so on.
Q5.What about the lead time of wooden hager?
Sample: it will take about 3-5 days because of our specific products;
Bulk order: it will be in 30-45days after we receive the down payment.
Q6: How to prevent mould?
Before the mess production, all semi-finished products will go through the barn to control the humidity at 14-18°, and finished products will be stored in solar warehouse.
Q7: How to prevent rust?
All the metal accessories must pass salt spray test in the beginning of manufacture and its end.
Q8 . How do you ship the goods?
The sample usually will be shipped by DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS or EMS;
By airline or sea shipping for the bulk order goods.
Q9. Could I use my own LOGO or print my own design?
Yes, please let us know your logo info and confirm the design before our production.
