Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Chuong My District, Hanoi, Vietnam. It is about 1h30 from Noibai Airport – the nearest airport to our factory.
Q: Supply Sample or not? How many days?
A: Surely, we would like to offer samples before order, the lead time is around 3-5 days.
Q: What is production lead time?
A: 30- 60 days depending on your order size
Q: Can you make our own brand name?
A: Yes, we can make your brand name by customized swing tag, label, or printing logo on the liner.
Q: What are your payment term?
A: Normally, 30% deposit and 70% balance payment against copy bill of lading, or L/C at sight
Q: Can you do customized size and shape?
A: Sure, please send your design picture and measurement to us, we can make as your request.
Q: How to control quality of all products?
A: For mass production, firstly, we have to make samples and check quality and size of samples. Then we send samples to homemakers so that they make exact the same products. We have a team of 3 quality control people
