Product Description
Ceramic ball has following key properties :
1. lighter than steel ball, Harder with Rockwell hardness as 78.
2. Smaller friction coefficient.
3. Superior surface finish can be achieved, Ra could be 4~6 nm.
4. Can endure high temperature with high hardness and strength up to 1050oC.
5. Never rust, and can roll without lubrication.
6. More corrosion resistant than steel.
7. Free of metal contamination.
8. Non-magnetic, Electric isolation.
Application :
Ceramic ball can be used in all bearings with special requirement, metering ball , valve ball, track ball, and precision grinding
ball; it can be used in fields requiring chemical resistance, high temperature, electronic insulation, magnetic insulation,
non-lubrication. It is an idea substitute for steel ball in chemical corrosion application.
Material: Zirconia, Alumina, Si3N4
Size Range: 1mm - 30mm.
