Cyclone Dust Extractor
is a device for separating and removing substances such as heavier coarse-grained silt from sewage. Sometimes used for mud dewatering.
It is divided into two types: pressure type and gravity type. It is usually made of circular column structure or metal tube.
The water enters the tangential line from the upper part of the structure (or metal tube) by pressure or gravity. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse and heavy particulate matter is thrown to the wall and rotated downward to discharge together with the formed concentrated liquid. After the smaller particulate matter is rotated to a certain extent, the secondary vortex is discharged.

The working principle of Cyclone Dust Extractor
The working principle of the hydrocyclone: when the slurry is pumped with sand pump (or height difference) with a certain pressure (generally 0.5 ~ 2.5 kg / cm) and flow rate (about 5 ~ 12 m / s) through the feeding pipe in the tangential direction After the cylinder, the slurry rotates along the wall at a very fast speed, which produces a large centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, the coarser and heavier ore particles are thrown toward the wall, move downward along the trajectory of the spiral, and are discharged by the row of the lower part of the cone, while the finer ore is The center of the cone and the water form an inner spiral of rising slurry flow which is discharged through the overflow pipe.
