Iron D oor process: CAD drawing ---Prepare material --- Loft---Assem ble---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Base paint--- Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Hand fauxing with baked on satin overcoat to protect finish- Face paint.
Make the entry door is maintenance-free, and the color hardly fade.
