Realtop Tower crane is a multipurpose tower crane mainly combined by a level jib frame, a luffing trolley for changing the radius and a upper slewing hydraulic jacking hoist, etc, its main features are as follows :
Features:
1. It is self-climbing tower crane with an upper slewing mechanism, a trolley mechanism and a horizontal jib. Adopting latest technology, it can reach different height as the needs of construction sites.
2. Pipe or profile steel structure component with special connector design to give more rigidity, strength and easier assembling work.
3. All components are welded with CO2 GASW, deep penetration and small deformation to prevent rust in welding joint as well to avoid weakness of welded parts.
4. Advance design gives more shock absorbing for more comfort to operate.
5. Special painting and system to ensure more durability of rusting even in harsh sea side weather and open storage.
