Products Description
Introduction:
This single head rotor pump automatic sugar scrubs filling machine is used to liquid or paste like cream, essential oil, lotion, perfume, honey, tomato paste, sauce etc in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical and other industries. It also has good performance for filling very thick & sticky paste, like peanut butter & grease etc. Also can fill liquid or paste with particle inside.
The machine material is made with SUS304 & SUS316L, which is clean and hygienic, easy to disassemble and wash.
Filling head adopts with anti-leakage, anti-dropping function.
Filling machine can also be equipped with feeder to feed liquid or paste into hopper automatically.

FILLING NOZZLE
1.With servo motor diving filling system to achieve the defoaming filling function, and anti-dripping with mechanical cutting and air blowing design to avoid dripping or leakage.
2.This design enable the machine to fill thick, thin, easy foaming and many kinds of products.
Rotary Pump Dosing System
Adopted with rotary pump dosing system instead of piston pump. The benefit is larger filling volume range, stronger suction and faster filling speed. Therefore this design usually use for high viscosity products like cream, paste, sauce, ointment, toothpaste, etc. Speed can reach to 30-50pcs/min with only 1 nozzle.
Siemens PLC Touch Screen Smart Control
The filling speed and volume of each nozzle can be adjusted on the screen independently. For filling different products we can save the parameter in the screen as recipe, and one-button start when changing different packaging or products.
