Description:

1) Zinc Alloy housing, surface finished by Bright chrome (also can be customized) .

2) Cylinder added Stainless steel (iron) cover.

3) Flat tumbler (vane) mechanism structure cylinder , vane use copper (iron) material, finished by Nickel.

4) Keys use copper (Iron) material, finished by Nickel; also can be customized.

5)  Key may be withdrawn in one or two positions.

6)  All key alike or different are available.

7) The length and rotation direction of lock washer (tongue) have many kinds to be choose from, also can be customized.

8) Washer (tongue)fixed by riveting , lock body fixed by clip .

9) One set including a lock body, two keys and one clip.

Lock housing, cylinder,keys and fittings all can be use 304 or 316 stainless steel material customized.

Packaging:

Simple package. per lock body in a polybag. keys, screws or other fittings in a large bag(100set/large bag), 500 sets locks

in a carton.  each cartons total mass not exceeding 15KG. a lso can use plastic boxes or color box individually package.
