Introducing the AWPN-1300 Automatic Stringer Type Wood Pallet Nailing Machine, designed for efficient and precise production of USA Style wooden pallets. Equipped with PLC & Touch Screen control and pneumatic operation, this machine ensures seamless operation with manual feeding, automatic nailing, and automatic stacking functionalities.
This advanced machine comes in two variants, with 3 or 4 nail guns, catering to different production needs. With a wood pallet length range of 600-1300mm and width range of 800-1300mm, it offers versatility in pallet size. Powered by a 220V/2kw servo motor and operating at an air pressure of 0.8MPA, it delivers consistent performance.
Featuring a tank size of 0.2 cubic meters and nail guns capable of a speed of 7 times per second, this machine boasts a production capacity of 40-60 pallets per hour. The touch screen control interface ensures user-friendly operation, allowing for easy adjustment and monitoring of the nailing process.
