GD series diaphragm compressor
Characteristics of D-type diaphragm compressor
1. Type D refers to symmetrical and balanced type. The cylinder is on both sides of the compressor, the force on the crankshaft is more balanced, the plane layout is more reasonable, but the floor area is large.
2. The gas is not in contact with any medium and is suitable for compressing rare and high-purity gas.
3. The compressor has good sealing, no leakage and no oil pollution. It is the first choice to compress toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases and special gases.
4. The new membrane cavity curve improves the volumetric efficiency of the compressor and improves the service life of vulnerable parts, diaphragm and air valve.
5. The independent oil pump station with complete functions provides lubricating oil with stable pressure, clean quality and sufficient cooling for compressor lubrication and oil cylinder work.
6. The whole machine has compact and reasonable structure, which is convenient for equipment transportation, installation and maintenance; Stable and reliable operation, low vibration and low noise.
