Q2. How’s your quality? A2: Our products have passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 international certification in 2009. We possess a strong
inspection team with advanced equipment. Each product has been tested, routinely inspected, sampled, reviewed and final inspected.
Meanwhile, we provide excellent after-sales service and quality tracking service. We also offer one-year warranty.
Q3. Can you make the products according to our requirements? A3: Sure, we can do that for you. You can send us technical drawings
or samples. We can also develop new model for our customers according to their requirements. We can also develop trial product of
small quantities.
Q4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity? A4: It depends on what product you need. However, we can sell even one piece if we have
it in ready stock.
Q5. What about delivery time? A5: If we have stock of the item you need, we can send goods to you within 5 working days after
deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.
B5: If we don’t have stock, lead time to make each kind of product is different but generally speaking, it takes about 30 working
days.
Q6. How do you deliver the goods? A6: We can deliver the goods by sea, by air, by express (DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, and FEDEX). We have
our own cooperation forwarder so that we can get competitive price and deliver in short time. You can also appoint your own
forwarder.
Q7. How do you pack your product? A7: We can provide our customer with neutral packing or customized packing with your logo on it.
