Product Description
BEVETOL-SPL
is a wide range super-plasticizer (ASTM C-494: Type A, D and G), offering the following advantages:
•
When added during preparation of concrete, it reduces the water required and the resulting water/cement ratio, thus significantly increasing both initial and final strength.
•
When added to the ready-mixed concrete, it increases slump from 1-4 cm to 18-22 cm, without adding any extra water.
•
Contributes to better hydration of cement.
•
Facilitates compaction of concrete, reduces segregation and significantly improves workability and pumpability.
•
Significantly reduces setting shrinkage (crack prevention).
•
Improves water impermeability.
•
Does not have air entraining action.
•
Free of chlorides and other corrosive constituents.
•
Compatible with all kinds of Portland cement.
Certified according to EN 934-2: T11.1 and T11.2 and classified as a concrete superplasticizer - set retarder. Certificate No.: 0906-CPR-02412007/01. CE marked.
Fields of Application
BEVETOL-SPL is necessary for preparing high strength concrete, exposed concrete, pumpable concrete, screeds for underfloor heating systems, etc.

Dark brown.
Consumption
As superplasticizer type G: 0.6-0.8 kg per 100 kg of cement. In lower dosage, it acts as a plasticizer.

Shelf life – Storage
18 months from production date if stored in original, unopened packaging at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
