Q2: Can you accept customization?
We offer one-stop customized service for style, size, material, color, logo, package and so on. Consumers can ask for products catalogue and color catalogue from our sales for more choices.
Q3: What is the MOQ ?
According to the quantity of typesetting, for example, if a piece of board could make 5 products, the order quantity should be multiple of 5. As the quality inspection process will pick out bad products, it will make more, there is a small amount of tail, because we cannot sell customized products to other channels, a small amount of tail products must be received
Q4: Are samples free of charge ?
Yes, if the order quantity of a specific model or accumulative total order exceed 200 pieces, the sampling fee could offset payment of relevant order. Once the consumers confirmed the design, the sample will be put on production. If the sample should be modified after delivery as required by customers, sampling fee should be paid for separately. For details of sampling fee, please consult our sales online.
Q5: How to ensure product quality
We have strict quality management system to assure 100% testing of products and
need to pass 32 tests before shipment, which to avoid defective products to the maximum extent.
Q6: How about the payment terms
Pay 30% of total amount in advance, and pay 70% before delivery. Also, they can choose make online payment, or transfer accounts through T/T. It is highly recommended that consumers choose trade assurance order payment to protect the interests of both parties.
