Product introduction

Coalbase granular activated carbon, is made from  selected  grades  of  bituminous  coal  to  be produced by SHANXI XINHUA CHEMICAL mainly for drinking water treatment. Produced under rigidly   controlled   condition   by   high   temperature steam activation, this carbon provides high surface area,  large   pore  volume,  and  a  pore  structure optimally for the liquid filtering treatment. There are many  oxygen  containing  function  groups  on  the surface. Due to its developed porous structure and huge specific surface area, XHPS has very strong adsorption capacity.

Applications

XHPS has been proven in the removal of taste and odor from  solution  by  adsorption  of contaminants. Typical   applications   are   adsorption   of   organic molecules, color bodies, odor removal from liquid. It mainly  used  in  the  treatment  of  drinking  water, beverage drinking water and other potable drinking liquid treatment.
