Description:
40mm valve core for sink faucet flat foot, classic universal spool meets American standard is practical and durable. Often used in bathroom basin faucets, shower faucets, kitchen sink faucets, etc., water flow is about 22.5L/min at 3bar. Basin faucet non-extended cartridge have been upgraded and the pressure resistance is enhanced to meet the American standard. Can bear 35-40bar water pressure and the service life can reach 500,000 times. The shell and the bottom plate are made of PPO material, same as Sedal cartridge and the raw materials are the same as the track valve core, which are from the same manufacturer.
Production through assembly line, and quality department do quality monitoring. Raw materials, accessories, finished products all must be tested. The finished product test mainly tests the sealing property and is divided into four parts: the water outlet, the cold water inlet, the hot water inlet and the outside of the valve core. It needs to be turned on and off, and rotated to left and right to see whether it will leak. Final production step, laser marking and packaging will be done after cartridges passing the test.
