Q3. How can I order samples and make payment?
Usually we recommend sample order via Trade Assurance Order on Alibaba.com to secure your payment & delivery! We have most effective courier express service to deliver your samples within 3-7 days upon receipt of payment via T/T, Credit Card, E-Checking& Paypal. We promise all customers to refund sample fee upon formal order!
Q4. How Long is your lead time for sample & bulk production?
Generally speaking, it depends on your product style and order quantity. For new sample development, it takes about 3-10 days to be finished for delivery! For bulk production, it needs about 15-45 days and accurate delivery date will be confirmed upon formal order.
Q5. How do you control your product quality, is it possible to refund money for any defected goods?
As we promised, we have set up a sound QC & QA system and efficient inspection workflow to ensure 100% qualified Rate before shipment for overseas customers! We will directly refund relevant loss in case there is any defected goods or broken package during the shipment!
