Q: How long is your products quality warranty?

A: We provide one year factory quality warranty

Q: Would you cost down further if customer demand more

A: If MOQ over 1000 pieces, we will consider cost down further based on negotiation with our customer

Q: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

A: 5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation. We support Alibaba RTS(Ready to ship), it means we send out cargo in very short lead time for some quantity by international express.

Q: How do you protect customer payment?

A: We support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect customer payment based on product quality, on time delivery, so don’t need worry about it.

Q: How about the quality of your products?

A: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our products quality. Before actual shipment, our QC member will inspect the product strictly.
