Spiral conveyor, commonly known as a twisted dragon, is a widely used conveying equipment in the mineral, feed, grain and oil, and construction industries. It is made of steel and is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powder, granular, and small materials, such as fly ash, slag, cement, grain, etc., with a material temperature of less than 200 ℃.

There are two types of conveyor types: axial and non axial screw conveyors. The former is suitable for non viscous dry powder materials and small particle materials such as cement, fly ash, lime, grains, etc. The latter is suitable for conveying sticky and easily entangled materials such as sludge, biomass, garbage, etc.
The rotating spiral blades push the material forward and carry it through the screw conveyor. The force that prevents the material from rotating with the spiral conveyor blades is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the spiral conveyor shell to the material.
The entire machine has a small cross-sectional size, good sealing performance, stable and reliable operation, can be loaded and unloaded at multiple points in the middle, safe operation, and easy maintenance.
