Working Process for Carbonization Kiln for Making Wood Charcoal
First, we put the raw materials into the inner basket, then with the help of hoisting tools we put the inner basket into the main furnace. I n order to prevent the smoke from giving off, we need
to use the sand to seal the furnace.
Second, light the fire in the fireplace after mak ing sure everywhere is sealed well.
Thirdly, i t needs to be heated in the bottom around 60 min ute s, and the temperature get to
around 2 8 0℃ . T hen it will produce the gas . A t this time, we will stop heating , the gas will
return to the furnace by pipes . At the roof of furnace, we could light the gas, it means the
materials inside be gin to be carbonized .
Finally, t he carbonization time of one inner basket is 8 hours, after 8 hours, we take the inner
basket out, let the charcoal cool inside by nature , and put another basket into the main furnace .
T his is the recycling process, and we could carbonize three inner baskets per day .
