1. Are you factory?
Yes,we are factory,welcome to visit us in Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province.
2. Are there any MOQ requirements?
MOQ for most models: 2 pieces,sample order MOQ: 1 piece.
3. How is the product quality?
Our products are all 100% checked during production,before packing by QC and QA.So quality of shipped goods are stable and reliable.
4. How about the product warranty?
For export order, if customers can send back to us, we can arrange replacement or repair accordingly during 1 year period. Some repair would be charged basic cost.
If customers can’t send back the defects, we would suggest spare parts along with order shipment.
5.How long would the order be shipped?
Our products have in stock, small batch orders usually ship to you within 3-5 days, large batch orders usually take 15-20 days to produce.
