Application and characteristics
GS25 high efficiency rotor sand mixer is a sand preparation equipment developed by our company and relevant scientific research institutions to support the modern clay sand casting sand processing automatic production line. It is mainly used for the mixing of clay sand in casting factories, especially suitable for the use of single sand molding line. It can also be used for mixing resin self-hardening sand, face sand and core sand.
This machine is a kind of high efficiency sand mixer designed with new concept mixing technology. Its main working principle is to use a low speed scraper to push the material to form a circulation movement in the basin, the low speed scraper, the lower two layers, respectively set symmetrically, the bottom scraper will push all the materials in the basin, forming a circulation, the upper scraper will push the material to the rotor area. The rotor blade with high and medium speed not only imposes impact force on the molding sand, but also imposes shear force on the molding sand with the scraper, so that the impact and fierce friction between the sand particles occur, so as to achieve the purpose of fast sand mixing speed, good sand quality and low energy consumption.
In the case of the same diameter, the effective volume of the machine basin is large, a feeding amount, high productivity, the machine sand mixing mechanism is relatively simple, convenient maintenance, scraper device and rotor device inertia is small, can be loaded to start.
