Application
Measuring method of water level in tank
1. The measuring position should be the same as the height of the oil surface.
2. Measurement method:
2.1 First, wipe off the water gauge and apply a thin layer of water test paste at the estimated water level. Then put the water gauge into the tank. After the gauge touches the bottom of the tank, Keep the ruler perpendicular to the bottom of the tank and stay for 5 to 20 seconds (depending on the performance of the test paste). Then lift the gauge and read the water level height at the discoloration of the test paste.
2.2 When there is no water in the tank and no water in the oil, the water in the tank can not be measured.
2.3 For water cushion tank, water should be measured after receiving and dispensing oil each time. The water level of the stationary cushion tank should be measured every three days.
