The bomb calorimeter for coal testing instrument adopts high precision temperature sensor and high-power A/D converter, and uses single chip microprocessor to form an intelligent temperature data collection and transfer system. The instrument adopts integrated structure
- (1) Main unit of calorimeter: It consists of outer bucket, inner bucket, stirring motor and oxygen bomb.
- (2) Cover of the water bucket: Double-layer moist cover on both inner and outer bucket. Equipped with stirring motor and temperature sensor.
- (3) Stirring motor: Stirring motor for water bath in inner bucket.
- (4) Temperature sensor: Precise temperature sensor in inner bucket.
- (5) Stirring rod: Manual stirring rod for water bath in outer bucket(Used to stir manually when needed).
- (6) Printer: Micro-needle printer, 40 bytes per row (DBC case).
- (7) Screen: Colored LED screen, shows different kinds of parameters.
- (8) Operation keyboard: Light-touch type. Details refer to below.
- (9) Oxygen bomb cylinder: Stainless steel and high pressure resistance. The sample is tested in the cylinder.
- The bomb calorimeter uses a single-chip control technology, color LCD display, high-precision temperature sensor and high-performance A / D conversion device, consisting of a high degree of automation, screen effect is good, easy to use, convenient intelligent data compilation instrument.
- The bomb calorimeter is fully automated in the testing process, after the sample in place, correct input various parameters automatically without manual intervention to complete each test process; you can print measurement data directly on the A4-format printer configuration after the end of the trial.
- The bomb calorimeter adopts the self sealing type oxygen bomb, all the structure is made of stainless steel, and the strength is enough to withstand the pressure test of 20MPa at room temperature.
- The inner tube of the instrument is made by stainless steel sheet, section of pears, put the barrel of water was 3000 grams, water cylinder with electric blender, to ensure that the inner tube water bath temperature uniformity.
- The bomb calorimeter of the external water jacket is a double container and experiment when filled with water, through the water jacket mixer to cylinder in uniform temperature, formed to meet the test requirements of the constant temperature environment.
