K-5213 Thermal conductive silicone grease is produced with imported raw materials and formula. It is a paste made of metal oxidewith good thermal conductivity and insulation and organosiloxane.The product has excellent thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, wide service temperature (working temperature - 50 ℃ ~ + 200 ℃), good service stability, low consistency and good construction performance.This product is non-toxic, non corrosive, tasteless, dry and insoluble.
Application:
Widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, components of heat dissipation, filling or coating, in order to derive the heat generated by components.Such as gap filling between CPU and radiator, high-power triode, silicon controlled element, gap filling between diode and substrate (aluminum, copper), TV power amplifier tube and radiator, semiconductor refrigeration, etc.Reduce the working temperature of heating element.
