These are 7 lines of rolling formation lines for side panels and 1 line for tool box.the use of rolling formation line greatly improves the processing precision and efficiency.
We largest auto-robot welding line in this industry in china. Totally we have more than 50 robot welding arms which reduces the labor intensity and standardizes the welding quality in mass production.
For the Painting Workshop, huge investment of more than 30 million RMB was put in to build this painting line with yearly output of 500,000 units, which includes two pretreatment electrophoresis line and two spraying and drying line.
This painting line production in 2014 ,this line adopts 3 sprays and 3 drying which is similar with what are used in car manufacture industry. And for all workers working areas, we have well-functioned ventilation system to provide better working environment.
