STEP-1-Coffee

PHOENIX coarse ground coffee per cup(4 oz/0.12 l)
of water.
SPEP-2-Water
To reach the perfect temperature of 195-205°F/
90-96°C,bring the water to a full boil and then
allow it to rest for 30 seconds before pouring.
STEP-3-Press
Let the coffee brew for 4 minutes. Place the lid on the pot with the plunger in the
raised position.
STEP-4-Enjoy
Press the plunger using your fingertips. Before
pressing, make sure that the safety lid is
