The finished product is an aerosol type foam cleaning product, which can effectively remove all kinds of stubborn dirt and grime in the cleaning industry after being diluted to the specified concentration and filled with aerosol; compared with traditional multi-functional foam cleaning products, the finished product has the advantages of no residue, fine and rich foam, pH-neutral and non-corrosive metal; at the same time, it has certain antibacterial properties and can kill microorganisms while cleaning; it can be widely used in various types of cleaning such as car interiors, furniture and home appliances, clothing, shoes and hats, fiber and hair.
Dry cleaning:
Automotive interior and home dirt is mainly composed of organic substances such as animal and vegetable oils and dirt (fatty acid triglycerides) and inorganic substances such as dust. Such substances through the environment or human factors attached to the surface of the object, affecting the object aesthetics; fibers or slits make it easier to accumulate such substances, and then through the role of gravity flow, adhering to the object surface and pores, forming a more difficult to remove the dirt. As the object of cleaning is difficult to disassemble, usually need to spray with cleaning solution and towel wipe for dry cleaning. Residual performance:
Ordinary multi-functional foam cleaner to ensure good foaming properties, will add LAS and other surfactants, cleaning after the completion of the residual amount of large, dry in the object surface leaving a waxy layer, resulting in a strong greasy feeling, very easy to absorb ash, after oxidation discoloration, yellowing and affect the beauty. The finished product does not contain large molecules of surfactants, and uses a variety of pure natural volatile active ingredients, which can be quickly evaporated into the air after cleaning, and its very small residue is far below the range of human perception, so it will not cause sticky feeling, dust and affect the beauty of the product residue.
Foam performance:
The foam performance of the cleaning agent refers to the amount of foam produced and the retention time when cleaning; the foam that is rich and not easy to break can cater to the user's established concept of stronger cleaning power and has a prompting effect on the unwiped parts. The cleaner foaming is achieved by reducing the interfacial tension of water, and the stronger the interfacial tension between water and air, the richer the foam; and the foam stability is associated with the three-dimensional structure formed between the cleaner, water and air; the foaming power and foam stability of the foam cleaner are closely related to the formula design. This product is designed with special small molecule surfactant system and strong foam stabilizer, so that the foaming power and foam stabilization are significantly improved.
pH value:
pH value is the hydrogen ion concentration index of the aqueous solution, is an important safety indicator of water-based cleaning agents; high alkaline foam cleaning agent, although beneficial to the cleaning of oil, but at the same time has a safety hazard, aggressive to the skin, will dissolve the skin keratin layer; accelerate the aging of the dermis, easy to cause fading and cracking of leather; serious damage to silk, hair and animal fur and other natural fibers; easy to corrode metals, causing copper, aluminum and other Metal discoloration.
